PRELIMINARY TESTS OF CENTRALIZED VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SUBSYSTEM
Preliminary tests of the centralized video surveillance subsystem with function of generating and transmitting audio and video information from protected objects.
The centralized video surveillance subsystem (CCSV) is designed to increase efficiency decision-making by staff on duty at centralized security points (CCO) and efficiency actions of detention groups through:
transmission of audio and video information from protected objects to (CCO) recording and displaying it on the monitors of operating personnel
The work was carried out on the instructions of the Main Military Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia together with the Federal Institution of Research Center "Security" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
PSCV supports joint work with radio notification transmission systems (RSPIS) “Radioset”, "Struna-3M" and CCN "Altair" and operates under the control of a complex of automation equipment CCO "Radioset". -

Corrections:
• on some PC configurations there was a problem with loading the workstation DPU when processing the library video
• fixed error when changing the state of RSPIS “Struna-M” devices operating via RT "Radioset"
• fixed error in restoring RSPIS “Struna-M” devices from the “Emergency” state during operation through RT "Radioset"
• a bug with the display of loop states of the device UO “Radioset-101” has been corrected (states were displayed non-existent AL)
• fixed error with configuring RSPIS “Radioset” devices from the ABD workstation (shift messages)
• in the automated workplace of the DPU, the field for the “Characteristics” parameter has been expanded

CREATION OF A CAR CHECKPOINT IN THE HUSAR BALLADA MICRORODISTRATION
ASB-SERVICE LLC has completed work on the creation of an Automatic Transmission Control and Traffic Control Complex cars in the Gusarskaya Ballad microdistrict (Dubki village, Odintsovo district), numbering inhabitants are about 25 thousand people.
The automatic transmission provides three modes of control and restriction of movement:
• using a license plate recognition system for residents of the microdistrict;
• identification mode using electronic cards for visitors registered in advance application;
• manual control mode for emergency services.
Vehicle traffic is carried out in two lanes for entry and two for exit. The organization of reverse movement is provided. Movement is limited using 4 sets of barriers and traffic lights. Additionally, the complex integrates a system video surveillance of the surrounding area.
The automatic transmission is implemented on ISC “Pakhra” equipment produced by LLC NPP “ASB “Record”. -
